Lathe Cutting -
Lathe Cut Gaskets are an economical Alternative to Die cut or Molded Washers and Gaskets.
With low minimums and DeVoll's large library of Inside Diameter (ID) and Outside Diameter (OD) tooling, we can do
most jobs with no Set-Up or Tooling charge for the customer.
DeVoll's has capabilities for automated cutting up to 14"OD and
10" in length. DeVoll's can produce Hand Laid up Tubes and Extruded Tubes, which can be
precision ground and Lathe Cut to exact tolerances. Washers and Gaskets can be produced with
Chamfers on ID and OD, as well as stepped OD’s. If you already have tubing that just needs to be
cut, Devoll's can help you there too.
There are thousands of applications for the cut gaskets including hydraulic seals, oil and water
well seals, battery cap seals, electric transformer gaskets, jar and bottle seals, non-conductive insulation washers,
and all types of filtering equipment.

Rubber Extrusions -
When it comes to Extrusions DeVoll's can do a variety of shapes and sizes. They can be

With a large library of square and rectangle dies; most can be done with out any Set-up or Tooling Charge.
Many Tubing and Extrusions can also be splices into Gaskets, and can save charges for larger gaskets and short runs.
